Challenge
The Customer is a hire-purchase company that partners with more than 1,000 vendors. The company offered their clients an iOS app for managing installments on a mobile device and wanted to get a similar, quality app for Android users. Hence, they chose mobile development experts from Cuspy.
Solution
Our software engineers developed a secure Android app and wrapped it in a modern and convenient UI. The solution lets the Customer’s clients do all the key banking operations:
• Check hire-purchase card balance and get card info;
• Manage credits and deposits;
• Pay online;
• Locate the nearest bank branches, ATMs, and partners via GPS.
Cuspy engineers also added some features to let the Customer promote their services via the app and ensure 24/7 support; for example, the chat, the newsfeed, and personalized push notifications.
As security is a top concern in the banking sector, we equipped the Customer’s solution with a two-factor authentication system, which requires a user’s card number, the cell phone number, and the validation code.
